How can I process an internal claim with Evri for a stalled parcel?

Hello community, I hope you can help me.

I have sold an item and purchased Evri label via shopify. The parcel hasn’t moved for 3 weeks now and contacted Evri, they advised me to process the internal claim process via shopify. Please can anyone tell me how to go on about doing this?

I don’t think there’s a way to start a claim from inside the admin, you may need to contact Shopify support and ask them to initiate that claim.
