I have searched. Not able to find a working solution.
I am unable to resize my image banner images to fit properly. I have tried multiple different pixel sizes etc.
I have:
Win 11
Shopify Dawn theme (updated. ver. 12.0)
CanvaPro
Corel PaintShop Pro
Your help would be GREATLY appreciated!, been stuck on this 2 days now!!

The issue is happening on both desktop & mobile view. I have tried much smaller(pixel size) images and much larger, to no avail?
Not comfortable sharing URL or P/W online…sorry. Just joined.
Any help would be great!

Did you try to change the setting of image banner in Online store >Themes > Customize > Image banner > Banner height?
Yes Dan, changed banner height and it help a small amount, but image was was still missing approx. 1/3 of left side.
I should note that this also happens when I try to use 2 images for image banner. It then cut’s off both left & right sides of images…??
Is there any way to alter the Shopify auto resizer? It seems to be working overtime!..
Sadly I’m not very familiar with code or coding.
