Several times last year I asked shopify support tohelp me set up conversion API and they said they took care of it but when I try to place an ad on Facebook, they tell me I am not set up and Shopify support are the ones who need to set it up. Now it seems shopify no longer provides phone support. How can I get this set up properly or is there a way to get phone support?
