I have contacted shopify.com several times and I have spoken to someone on the phone about what I am going through with my site. However the young lady said I need to verify further details with another department of shopify.com and show proof that I am the owner. I am willing to show everything I have to prove that I am the owner. The issue is very simple. My email is rosabellavitabyroz@gmail.com however in the login info it is now changed to rosabellavita@gmail.com. The reason why I never changed it to that is bc that email was taken with google! So why it is changed to that is very strange to me! Another odd thing is that I typically use the same 4 passwords and none of those passwords work. I am beyond stressed out with this issue and would like to continue doing business with you all so I would appreciate someone calling me back. 8622139751
