I want to purchase a return label for a 2 week old fulfilled order. I use the default shopify shipping (sendle) to ship. But it seems I have to upload a return label. I tried various apps but I only can see see unfulfilled orders. Is there an app that I can make a return label for a fulfilled order? It would be ideal to see all the previous order no matter the status is. Sorry I am still new to shopify.

I understand that you’re looking for a way to generate a return label. While there isn’t a way to purchase/generate a shipping label without an order on Shopify, you can use a third-party app called Shippo. Shippo allows you to pay per use and purchase return labels for customers on orders that have been fulfilled. It also looks like Shippo can be integrated with Australia Post as well.
