how can i purchase carrier calculated rates on a basic plan monthly?

Hello there.

I am a very new small business. I am trying to get Carrier Calculated Rates, but being only able to afford the Basic plan, i have no access to this.

Having seen in the past that you could add this onto the Basic plan for an additional $20 a month, i am wondering why something like this is not available now, or if in the very near future it can be available? i would love to have this feature, as i am sure alot of other small business owners who are in the same boat as i am would love to be able to have this feature also.

are there any plans to have this feature for Basic plan owners? is there a way right now that i can get my hands on this feature?

This can also be customized in your store with no need for a monthly plan—just a one-time purchase. However, you’ll need a Shopify developer to implement it.

How am I able to implement this? Also, how do I get in contact with a
shopify developer to achieve this?
I do have the sendle app installed on my shopify account but have recently
found out that there are issues sending parcels internationally from
Australia. This is why I want CCS to use Interparcel to be able to fulfil
my orders.
