How can I put 'X' amount of product 'Y' sold in the last 24 hours or so?

Not the best at coding here but… I’d like to display text on my product pages stating that ‘X’ amount of products have been sold in the ‘last 24 hours’ or ‘last few hours’ or ‘today’

Also I would like to add to each product page ‘Y’ amount of customers have product ‘X’ in their cart.
