Last week I got an email stating I had 7 days before my account was going to close (Shopify terminating it) and at that time i had 450 + orders to fulfill still. So that same day I emailed back to ask for an extension on my account so that I can fulfill those orders because I didn’t think I could do it in one week. I’ve been on the live chat several times this week as well, including yesterday morning because yesterday was going to be my last day as per the email stated. The email didn’t state a time it just said until March 11th, but I asked the representative and she said it’ll be midnight March 11th. Well yesterday I had about 50 orders left to fulfill, and as I was working on them around 6:00 pm it kicked me out and I don’t have access to them anymore. I need to still fulllfill 50 orders before I get chargebacks, I already got a charge back today and this is fully YOUR FAULT. I need access to my account for maybe just 1 more day so I can fulfill my orders!!!
