How can I quickly resolve a Shopify sign-in issue?

I want to sign into Shopify so i can pay and continue to open up a new store. seems like I’m locked out. It’s recognizing my email and wants me to sign in with that. Anyway to override that? i have project to complete with iPro Academy and it’s crucial that i act in a timely manner. Thank you

To set up a new account, you need to start a 14 day free trial here.

If you have a previous account you would like to reactivate, then you must login with the email address you used to sign up with. From there, you can pick a plan and continue where you left off.

When i go to try 14-day trial, it is showing me “chrome on Windows” with a computer icon… “log out.”
