Hi Don,

my web name has expired I need to pay so I won’t loose it I need to register it for another year. Where do I go to pay for my registrar of my domain name?

If your Shopify domain is expiring and not set to auto-renew you can reach out for account support via our Help Centre here.

There we can check the status of your domain and see if we can manually renew this for you.

We’re not currently aware of any other reports around our Help Centre being down, can you check the link again from your location?

I can share the non-shortened version of the link here for you to try, let me know if you’re able to view it okay now.

If you’re having issues with viewing it I’d first advise you to clear the cache on your current browser, and ensure it’s updated and supported for use with Shopify.
