Agreed. Type “Please connect me with a Shopify Advisor” in the chat. It will then make you choose a store and then it will prompt with something like “Would you like to chat with a Support Advisor?” to which you reply “Chat with a Support Advisor” and then it puts you in queue to speak to an actual human being.
