How can I reach a non-responsive website for a refund or product?

I have purchased from Shopify powered website https://gadgetful.in/ , but it is not responding now, how can I contact them? How to get my product or refund? can anybody suggest?

The shop is still functioning, keep trying to contact them through email gadgetfulstores@gmail.com or through mobile 9400539537. Also, they have offline store. If it is not going to work put, I would suggest to contact your bank to check what you can do with the payment.

I understand you have placed an order on a website you believe is using Shopify to host their online store, and have not received the products.

That is certainly not an ideal situation, so I can understand why you would be concerned and looking for a way to resolve this.

Shopify provides the platform that a number of businesses use to sell products both online and in person. However, we do not have any direct involvement in the running of the businesses, such as shipping orders or processing refunds. It is the sole responsibility of the business themselves to manage these aspects. With that said, I would like to try my best to help you out here.

The best first step to take is usually to reach out to the store first to inquire about the order. You mentioned that they are not responding - may I ask how you contacted them, and how long it has been? I checked the link you provided and was able to find a Contact Us page here, which includes an online form, contact number and email address. If you are not getting a response via one method, then I would suggest trying the others. We also have more information on how to contact a store here.

If 30 days have passed and you have not heard back from the store or received your order, then you can submit a complaint about the store using this form. This will be sent directly to the store and will allow them to open up a line of communication with you to resolve the situation. You will need the order confirmation URL to do this, which you can find in the Order Confirmation email you received after placing the order.

As @Growave has suggested, if you cannot resolve the issue after trying the above steps, then it would be time to contact your bank directly. They can advise you on the options you have for securing a refund.

Sir, as per the above complent, this shop is not more available on internet and it was powered by you. Can I get the suppliers detailed address mail, phone numbers, other numbers and you also told they have offline shop, please can you send me the details of their off line shop.
