I am in need of contacting a real person to help me with requesting a refund. The “help bot” (no help) is not giving me the information I need to talk to a “real person” or “expert”. How do I get in contact with someone who will actually be help?
No you don’t understand my frustration. Give me someone I can talk to directly instead of clicking through “help options” that take me in a circle without helping anything.
