I recently bought a product from Cruvemuse21 and in their return policy it was mentioned that we can return the product if it doesn’t meet the needs but I haven’t been able to reach them at all for the return initiation, I’ve sent so many mails but no reply. What else could I do?

I know you mentioned that you’ve reached out to the seller, which is great. If you haven’t already used this form to reach out to them, I recommend doing so. You can also reach out to them on social media if they haven’t answered your emails. You can check out all the ways to contact a store in this help document.
If you’ve tried all of these ways and are still unable to get in touch with the seller to start the return process, I recommend contacting your bank or payment provider to dispute the charge. They will be able to walk you through this process.
