Does anyone know how to get in contact with customer service or support without linking me to the same support section that just makes you go in circles? Even when i am sent a link for live chat it sends me to the same page

If you’re looking to access account support via our Help Centre here but having difficulty doing so, there are a few things we can advise from here.
The first would be to clear the cache on the browser you’re using to access Shopify support.
If you have already done so and still encounter issues, I’d also check to ensure your browser is supported for use with Shopify and also that it is as up-to-date as possible.
Try putting these steps in place before accessing the Help Centre again, following the prompts, and scrolling down the screen there to view your support options.
