That being said, I’ve noticed that you’re a Shopify Partner. How are you finding the Shopify Partner Program? Also, do you offer your services on the Expert Marketplace?
Thank you for asking. I do like being a Shopify Partner. It makes me solve problems that I never thought I could (talking about the questions in Shopify Community). You mentioned about Expert Marketplace. I do offer Shopify theme customizations in my website and have been serving several Shopify theme developers and and Shopify owners but have not been associated with Expert Marketplace. I am interested about being a Shopify Expert or offering services in the Shopify Marketplace but I do not know how.
I signed up for Shopify & immediately had a family emergency which took me away from everything. You can see I haven’t used it at all. I was billed $1.00 for 3 months each and I was recently billed for $39.00. I would really appreciate a $39.00 refund as I only get less than $1000./mo to live on & I haven’t gotten to use your services at all. I would like to be able to use the 3 months I paid for and after that I have no problem paying the monthly fee as I should be making money with you by then. Please do this for me. I really need a break. If I told you all I’ve been through you would think I was lying because it’s ridiculous. I am very excited to do Shopify & will work hard at it. Please help me. Thank you so much.
