Hi my shop has been terminated and I need to contact someone from Shopify, but when I go to Shopify support there’s no chat or any way to contact someone who works there privately I’ve unknowingly been violating section 4.4 and need help. Is there even a way to get my store back? And can someone from Shopify help me with how to be contacted privately so I can give more information?

- Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
When you’re connected with a Support Advisor you can explain what happen and they will reach out to our escalated support team on your behalf.
