Shopify sucks ands I need to switch my domain back to my wix store and get rid of Shopify but I cannot find any way to contact them or get support of any kind. What a crap company. Even in their support areas there’s no way to contact them.

I understand your frustration. To transfer your domain from Shopify to Wix, follow these steps:
1- Unlock Your Domain in Shopify:
- Log in to your Shopify account.
- Navigate to Settings > Domains.
- In the Shopify-managed domains section, select the domain you wish to transfer.
- Click Transfer domain > Transfer to another provider.
- Confirm the action; your domain will be unlocked, and you’ll receive an authorization code (EPP code). Shopify Community
2- Initiate Transfer in Wix:
- Log in to your Wix account.
- Go to Domains.
- Click Add an Existing Domain and select Transfer your domain to Wix.
- Enter your domain name and the authorization code obtained from Shopify.

Important Considerations:
- Transfer Duration: The domain transfer process can take up to 7 days.
- Eligibility: Ensure your domain is eligible for transfer; domains are typically locked for 60 days after registration or recent contact information changes.
- DNS Settings: During the transfer, your domain’s DNS settings might need to be updated to point to Wix. Consult Wix Support for guidance on updating DNS settings.
