How can I reactivate and set up my payment method on Shopify Payments?

For starters, I’d love to know more about what you’re seeing on your end. When you visit Settings > Payments in your admin, what is the first section you see at the top of that page? Shopify Payments? PayPal Express Checkout? Third-party providers? If you’re comfortable sharing a screenshot (obscuring any sensitive details), you’re more than welcome to do so!

Could you also tell me:

  • Where is your business located?
  • What products do you sell?
  • What payment gateway(s), if any, do you currently have active?

With a few more details, I’ll have a better idea of our options to re-enable Shopify Payments for your store. Thanks!
