Some time ago I disabled my collapsible rows because I didn’t want them to work when we clicked on them (red lines) but now I wanted my collapsible rows at the top (blue line) to work and they don’t, I don’t remember what code I changed, can anyone tell me to help?

Hello, yes I am here. It appears the collapsible rows at the top of the page do work.
As for the ones below, I do not see anything in the code that would cause the dropdown content not to appear. It seems the content still needs to be added to each dropdown. To do this
Go to Themes> Customize> Navigate To The Section & Click Each Row> Add Descriptions To Collapsible Row> Save
