I have tried to reactivate my account and have been unsuccessful. My old account is connected to an email I do not have access to any longer and it is sending the 10 digit code to it. I can’t get the 10 digit code because I don’t have access anymore, without the 10 digit code I can’t get into the account to pay and reactivate the entire Shopify account and to change to an email that I know have access to.
please help as I do not want to start over and need the financials for last year for taxes! Which is also in/under my old account.
the help center of that live chat have not been helpful at all it keeps sending me in a loop!!!

The 10-digit verification code is sent to you when you have not logged in for three months or more. Since you no longer have access to that email, you will need to change the account owner email to gain access toy our site. To do so, you will need to contact our Support Team through our chatbot. Were you able to talk to an advisor?

No I was not able to talk with anyone. Even the support you mentioned was
not provided it literally sends me back to the help center.
Yes, I hadn’t had access in over 3 months which is why the verification
code is being requested. It’s just being sent to the email I no longer have
access to. I emailed support in July and they requested bank statements
showing my last payment. When I tried to provide this information via email
I was sent back to the help center again.
Are you able to chat with someone in the chatbot? What is happening when you contact the support team? This is the only way to contact Support and get the account owner email changed on your account.

I have exactly the same problem trying to reactivate my account. The code is sent to the email address I can’t access. It appears to be impossible to talk to a real person.
I have the same problem. I need to reactivate my account but can’t access my email to which the 10 digit code is sent. I can login as a different user but the help centre and chatbot just go round in circles. I need to talk to a human. Is there any way to do that? In the days when we could email support the level of support was excellent. I have wasted many hours over the last few days trying to find a solution. Help!
