Well, there are 6 ways, you can reach or contact Shopify, let me list them all:
- Community Forum: The Shopify Community is one way to reach Shopify (as you just did!). There are over 900,000 members on the community, who ask questions, resolve one another’s issues, and indulge in informative discussions. The Shopify staff is also active on the forums and usually responds to unresolved questions within a day or two.
- Live Chat: It is 24/7 support available for the Shopify merchants, they can assess the support by logging in to the Shopify admin.
- Phone Support: You need to navigate to the Shopify Help Centre and select ‘Request Call Back’ to get a phone call from the Shopify Help Centre. Sometimes, the ‘Request Call Back’ button is unavailable when there is a long queue in phone support, so keep checking until you see the button.
- Email Support: You can ping Shopify at ‘support@shopify.com’ to get email-based support. Shopify usually responds to the email within 48 hours.
- Help Centre: It is the part of the official Shopify website, where you can find extensively elaborated articles and guides that can resolve your queries.
- Social Media: Shopify is active on various social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook, so if you find other options not helpful, you can directly ping on the official social media account of Shopify.
