How can I reactivate my blocked store due to overdue payment?

My store is blocked for overdue payment. I have received a notification that my payment didn’t go through due to insufficient balance. You can try and process the payment in order to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify’s Merchant support, they would have to look into the actual account.
