How can I reactivate my deactivated online store?

Hi, my store became deactivated because I was selling a trademarked item, I deleted the item and signed the document. Now I want to reactivate my store. How do I do that? I have tried going to my profile, settings and can not find the “select plan” that i thought that I had to do. any help is appreciated.

Hi @ristaukim , thank you for sharing the details of the situation you are working to get resolved. If the store was restricted by our Trust and Safety team then you would need to wait for them to finish the review of the signed documentation and to release the account.

Have you received an email confirmation yet that the issue has been resolved on their end? If not, please reply back to your email ticket regarding this and ask them if they can release the store now. Please note that in these situations only our Trust and Safety team will be able to release the store for you.
