How can I reopen my Shopify account?

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forum. That’s a great question! I’m really excited to hear that you’re reopening your Shopify account.
May I ask how long ago you closed the account? Within 2 years, to reopen your account you will first need to log in as the Store Owner. Once you do so, you will be asked to choose a plan and enter your preferred payment method. Please click here to see an example of this. Once you’ve chosen a plan, you can get started working on your store once again.
