How can I reactivate my inactive account?

Hello guys can anybody help me with the inactive account, Ive just started my shopify account and work very hard on it ,but suddenly they just inactive me and I don’t have any backup plus I’m running a retail shop which is I’m using the pos system and kind a my shop is close I have sent to Shopify lots of Emails , but now answers yet any body can give me any advise ,or how too get connected to the real merchants or support because they don’t have any contact number .

oh come on I’m telling you that every single day I’m reaching them and they are trowing me to the merchant support team and the merchant support team even don’t give Adam about my business my shop is closed almost one week the merchant team is asked me for the docs I have sent them but no response all well and my money is stuck because I had transactions with my retail shop so if you can concret help me and not telling me go here go there tell me to show should I contact to solve the problem

the only reason is im here to have experience that this community can help because the shopify is failed and my business is dawn because of the shopify and now im seeing that here is the same situation you all good for advertising nobody is good to solve the problem with you help centre they can only sell and only can give a sort of informations they says that they don’t have any access to any major concerns or problems your all help centre are located in deferent countries which they them self don’t know how to help my all business is dawn and the shop is closed my money is tuck with you do you think I haven’t try this easy method those not work tell me a clear path how to deal to whom to deal with !!!

mate I have done that as well the answer is the same we can’t help you they says just contact the merchant support and the enchant support don’t replay me anything regarding to this case lets go more far advance im not in the intermediate one give me a solid advise or tell me what you can help me to restore my system back I have done those farm as well as others this is kinda scumming system taking my money and nobody is responding me and even my customers transactions as well

If you received an email regarding your store and it becoming inactive, then I recommend replying directly to that email thread. If you did not receive such an email, then you will want to speak to our Authenticated Support Team so they can assist you with investigating this matter.
