In the screenshot you shared, if you click on the arrow to the right, what do you see next? Typically, you can log back into your Inactive account and pick a plan to reactivate your account. I suggest trying to log in to see if you’re given that option.
If not, we can take a closer look at your account specifically. So that we can do so, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue’.
In the meantime, I’d love to learn more about your plans. What type of products will you be selling once you reactivate your store?
