suddenly my store get inactive i dnt know why please help me

Let me know if you might have gotten an email contact from any of our teams about the status of your store.
Try checking in your account email’s spam or other folders to see if any such contact has been filtered there, or let me know if you have not been contacted at all.
We can work together to get you pointed in the right direction for more info on your store.

Could you check for me to see if you have been contacted already by any of our teams in relation to the status of your store?
I’d advise checking in your account owner email address, including the ‘spam’ or ‘others’ folders to see if you have been contacted.
