Hello,
I am the owner of a site which is currently in active when I try logging in. The website works however I have no access to the Shopify backend.
The page asks me to set up a new account, although I’ve been paying for Shopify services on a monthly basis.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

With this kind of problem, the best way is to get in touch with the Support team directly to have them check it for you.
You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "inactive store " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact our Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
