How can I reactivate my online store after an unexpected deactivation?

Hi,

I have an online store www.ijazjewelers.com. I suddenly got an email that your subscription has been changed from Shopify basic to Inactive. My store has gone down. It says that if you are a store owner, contact support. I tried to contact but no one got back to me. I am getting frustrated as I have a lot of traffic in my store which is getting disturbed. I don’t have any pending amount to give to Shopify. Didn’t change my subscription. My debit card attached is working correctly and not even showing me the admin panel of my lost store. Please help me on an immediate basis.

Thanks!

Hi, @ArslanIjaz .

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thank you for sharing your question here.

I understand that you received an email regarding your subscription and store. You mentioned you have an active payment method attached, no changes made to your subscription and you’re unable to access your Shopify admin.

Could you try locating any additional emails from Shopify? When reaching out to support, you should have received a ticket number that can be located. Once found, you’ll need to reply directly to it for further clarification regarding your store.

If you’re not able to locate it, I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center. Our support options are live chat, email or schedule a callback for phone support. Please note: Phone callbacks will be available depending on our current contact volume. If you don’t see the schedule a callback option, you can check back later to see if it has become available.

The method of replying to your ticket or creating a support request is recommended as we are unable to authenticate via Community Forums. Our community forums are a great place for starting discussions with merchants, experts, and designers regarding technical, conversion, store building questions and much more.

Please let us know if you have issues navigating the Help Center or have any further questions!
