Hi there, my shopify store was recently shut down by myself and i reactivated it now. I want to have my domain back for which I paid. Please guide me how can I have my domain/credentials back so I can continue owning my domain? Thanks
Hi @Janhmr From where you have bought the domain? Is it from 3rd party site or from shopify itself?
If you have bought it from 3rd Party Site then you will find your domain in that site under your account.
If you have bought it from shopify and unable to find it in your store then you need to contact shopify support so that they can help you to find your domain.
