Hi, I didn’t have 1000 followers on my account so I couldn’t see the discover page for Shopify collabs, now I have 1k but I am not able to re-apply, how can I do it?

First off, congrats on hitting 1,000 followers! That’s a big milestone, and I totally get why you’re eager to get on the Shopify Collabs Discover page now that you meet the requirements.
So, here’s the deal—if you didn’t qualify before due to follower count, Shopify doesn’t have a manual reapply button. But don’t worry, there are a few things you can do to trigger a review:
1. Log Out and Log Back In
Sometimes, Shopify Collabs just needs a refresh. Try logging out of your Shopify Collabs account and logging back in. This can help the system recognize your updated follower count.
2. Reconnect Your Social Media
If logging out doesn’t work, go to Settings > Connected Accounts in Shopify Collabs and disconnect your social media (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). Then, reconnect it and make sure your account is set to public. This forces Shopify to recheck your eligibility.
3. Wait for the System to Refresh
Shopify’s system doesn’t always update in real-time. It may take a few days for them to scan your account again. If you’ve reconnected your social media and still don’t see the Discover page, give it at least 48-72 hours.
4. Contact Shopify Support
If you’ve tried everything and still can’t access the Discover page, reach out to Shopify Support via chat or email. Explain that you’ve now met the 1,000-follower requirement and ask if they can manually refresh your account.
