How would I move the add to cart button to the right of the image, the title of the item above the image, and the description of the item under the image?
As you’re using a free Shopify theme and if you’re on a paid plan, then you can contact Shopify Support to have this request escalated to our Themes team who can make the changes on your behalf. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
