How can I rearrange icons on the mobile top bar in Impulse 2.0 theme?

Hi,

I’m trying to move the middle icon that displays the menu in mobile version to the left, basically to change locations with the search icon. How can I do that? I’m using impulse 2.0 theme.

Another question, do you know how can I fix this 2 badges to be displayed properly? now it is one in top of the other I want them to be in the same level.
