is it possible to move the terms & conditions up with the rest of the links and only have the log in and create account link apart?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adjusting the shops menu, to get this resolved. To ensure I’m fully understanding, you’re looking to move ‘Terms & Conditions’ into the main menu, correct?
If so, you can certainly achieve this through the Navigation Page within the Shopify admin. I recommend checking out our Menus and Links Documentation for detailed steps on how to successfully complete this. It outlines however, you can:
- Head to Online Store > Navigation, from the Shopify admin.
- Select Main Menu.
- Click Add Menu Item:
- Under Name, title it Terms & Conditions.
- Under Link, click Policies to locate the terms and conditions made for the shop (note: this may be located under Pages instead, depending on where you created the shops terms).
- Click Save.
- Head back to the Navigation Page to locate the Footer Menu to delete old Terms & Conditions.
- Click Save.
If after completing these steps, the terms and conditions are not populating where you’d like, please Contact Support so we can investigate this further. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
