How can I rearrange my collections order on the collections page?

Trying to find how I can custom arrange the order of my collections on my “Collections” page.

When I go to customize theme. It says “This page doesn’t have any sections.”

with no option to customize order of Collections.

The closest I have been able to find is in the .liquid section but not sure how to edit the code

I think you can contact Theme Support to fix the issue or add more options to edit the collection page
