How can I rearrange product order in my online store?

Hello, i have multiple collections on my store that are live.

I’m trying to re-organize the product orders, on all of them but one i can do this…

but 1 doesn’t have the option to drag to re-organize the products.

Please help. (pictures for info)

you’ll need to select the sort: MANUAL, then you will see the dots to move the products around
