How can I rearrange product pictures and blocks in the Pipeline theme?

I have a pipeline theme, and wanted to move the bottom pictures collection to the left side of the main picture?

like shown in the below picture.

and also wanted to have the “Description” “How to use” “Total ingredients” its own block like shown below.
