How can I rearrange sections in my Dawn theme footer?

Hi,

I am wondering if someone can help me. I use a Shopify free theme, and I want to move the email subscription section on my footer. I want it to align with my other section " about me" and “customer care” as for now, it is in another line ( below the “about me” line). I want to move it to the last column on the first line which is next to customer care. It should be " about me" , " customer care", and “subscription email”.
