How can I rearrange social icons in the Dawn template footer?

Hi, I’m trying to update the layout of the footer within the Dawn template. I would like the layout to go as follows -

Policies on the left

Payment types on the left under policies

Email sign up on the right

Social icons on the right under email sign up

Can anyone help with this? I have attached a pic of what the footer looks like now and another pic of how wide I would like the email sign up to be.
