I’m using Dawn and I’m having trouble with the footer menu. I want the email signup and social media icons above the help and store policies section. How do I do that?

I appreciate that you have let us know which theme you are using as that is super helpful! Looking into the Dawn theme, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select on the footer section to move the blocks by selecting the six dots and dragging. I took a screenshot from my test store of the area I am referring to:
With that being said, I noticed that we cannot move the email signup section using the Theme Editor. However - it is possible to make a change to the theme’s coding to have the footer section displayed as you mentioned. Since the Dawn theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to have our internal team make the changes on your behalf.
If you are interested in using the design time, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the changes you would like to see.
