I appreciate you letting us know what domain you have purchased. Since you have purchased the domain on your Shopify store, you should be able to transfer the domain to another provider. In order for us to unlock the store to allow you to complete this action, we will need authenticate you as the owner for the store in question.
Since we cannot securely verify you as the store owner over our community forums, we will need you to login to the store using our Contact Us page. That should allow you to speak with a Support Advisor about the domain, feel more than welcome to check out our guide to transfer your Shopify domain out of Shopify.
