accidentally may have deleted some code and my header has disappeared and is replaced with this message ‘Liquid error: Error in tag ‘section’ - ‘header’ is not a valid section type’
please someone help me!!!

Locate the file where you have made the changes and see if you can revert to an older version of the file (before modifications). For reference, see the screenshot below.

Based on that error, it’s likely that your theme’s header.liquid file was either deleted or modified in some way that needs adjusting. You’ll need to restore the file.
If header.liquid is still present, try restoring an older version from the code editor.
If it’s been accidently deleted, you’ll need to restore the file. If you don’t have a theme backup to restore from, you’ll need to use a stock version of the theme your using.
