My friend cannot access her Shopify account because she cannot find where she saved Authenticator code . She has per password and username but all the instructions says you need to log in to get help. She can’t get help if she can’t log in.

In order to have this issue looked into, the account owner will need to contact our support team directly. I recommend the account owner navigates to the Shopify Help Center and selects the option I don’t have an account if they’re unable to log in.
From there, you can select our support options. In this case, the account owner will need to select Account > Logging in and scroll to the bottom of the screen to view our available support options. Through our community forums, we are unable to authenticate or access account data so the help center will be the account owner’s best option to look into the issue.
