Hey shopify, a few days ago I tried signing back into my shopiy account but instead it tried creating a new one. Frustrated as ive put allot of effort into this i tried contacting shopify support. No answer. I’ve checked the website, and its still running. the website is vitaflex.shop. I got in my email that my google merchant center account has been stopped as my URL was verified by another account. I hope that a shopify staff can call as soon as possible as this is very frustrating and i cannot contact any of use. What makes it even worse is that the email witch verified my domain on another merchant center account is a shopify email. I hope to here back and have a phone call as i do certainly want my account recovered

I can certainly see that this is not an ideal situation! We are unable to make outbound phone calls due to being unable to verify you as the store owner over the Community forums. With that being said, if you are unable to successfully login to your Shopify store - you can navigate to this URL and complete the form. Once you complete the form, you should see the options to speak directly with a Support Advisor regarding the situation that you are experiencing.
