I paid on a store that uses Shopify. The order could not be completed, it gave an error but the payment was taken from my card. I contacted the store via e-mail, but it did not provide detailed information and now it does not provide any information. Payment not returned. How can I solve it?

Shopify does not manage the sales or shipping of individual stores that use our platform so you will need to get ahold of the store directly. Did you receive an order confirmation email?

Unfortunately, no. 
I entered the payment information and shipping address details on the
payment screen. I pressed the make payment button, the payment problem
error message was shown but the payment was taken from the card.
