How can I recover a non-renewed domain that's been taken?

Hi,

Is there any way to get back domain that has been not renewed on time?

I have bought this domain with shopify, and I got the email from shopify about my domain was locked by shopify. I emailed shopify about buying back my domain, and after the next day, there is a store call Malexay Store using my domain, and I found out this store is using a lot of domain, I believe this is a domain hacker, but I got no response from shopify, how can i do?

If you don’t renew your domain, then it becomes available for others to purchase. If the domain has lapsed and someone else has purchased it, then there’s no way to get it back (beyond contacting the person who’s purchased it, and seeing if they want to sell it back to you). This isn’t a limitation of Shopify – this is just how domain names work for all websites.
