Hello. I lost my old routing number and account number. There’s absolutely no way to get them back. I need my account back up and usable asap! I appreciate your help.

Can you confirm that you are referring to the bank account listed in association with your Shopify Payments settings? In order to update your previous banking information for Shopify Payments, you will need to re-enter the information as an authentication step. If you don’t remember the bank information, you will need to get in touch with our support team who will be able to escalate your request and have this updated for you.
