How can I recover missing PayPal payments from my website?

Hello everyone,

I need some help. I had about 4 transaction done through my website where customer paid from pay pal. But the pay pal account wasn’t set up yet. Now the payments are missing not sure how to get those payments.

any suggestions will help.

Hi @sunnyh19 ,

As the reply which @Nick_Marketing shared, this is definitley something for PayPal to investigate directly. Shopify can only look into payments and orders which occured via Shopify Payments.

Your best bet is to contact PayPal support here.
