How can I recover my account when the six digit code isn't coming through?

Hello! I am currently locked out because the six digit code is not coming through to my cell phone and I cannot log in to gain access to my recovery codes. Can someone please email me at hello@shopnestled.com to troubleshoot? I have no other way to gain access to my shop.

Thank you for your response. It doesn’t allow me to choose another authentication method to my email. Just the 6 digit to phone or previous recovery codes.

Hi there @ShopNestled - are you still experiencing this issue of being locked out of your store? Do you have access to the Recovery codes given to you when the 2-step authentication was set up? If you do - you can use one of these codes and gain access immediately.

If you don’t have these recovery codes saved, then you will have to reach out to our live support team for them to help you out with next steps. In order to reach out to live support, while also bypassing the login, please go to this link using a google chrome incognito window. You can read how to use an incognito window right here if you need help with this.

Once you have the support page open in an incognito window, select the option “I do not have an account”. Then simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent. They can then access your account and help you out from here.
